Description:

Another top piece from the Knappenloch: Despite the size of the piece, the transparency of this specimen is great and with when backlit the fluorite reveals its true beauty. The piece shows excellent three-dimensional crystal growth with some dominant fluorite cubes in the middle and upper areas. The slightly concaved crystal surfaces are marked by a fine parqueted structure and a silky shine due to water etching. The fluorites measure up to 5.2 cm at the edges.
